油相材料对乳化炸药耐低温性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究不同油相材料制得的乳化炸药的耐低温性能,分别以内蒙蜡、华粤蜡、2#蜡、5#蜡、地蜡为油相制得乳化炸药,在-30℃条件下冷冻,每隔5d采用甲醛法测出各试样的析晶率;采用尼康系列显微镜观测各试样在未冷冻和-30℃冷冻30d后的微观结构,并使用MIVNT图像分析系统测定各组试样的粒径。结果表明:短时间的低温冷冻对不同油相制得的乳化炸药的稳定性影响不大;长时间冷冻下,5#蜡和华粤蜡制得的乳化炸药相对稳定,地蜡制得的乳化炸药耐低温性能最差。 In order to explore the low temperature performance of emulsified explosives made by different oil phase materials, the emulsions were prepared by Inner Mongolia wax, Huayue wax, 2# wax, 5# wax and ozokerite in the oil phase, and frozen at -30℃. The crystallization rate of each sample was measured by formaldehyde method every 5 days. The microstructure of five groups of emulsified explosives not frozen and frozen at -30℃ for 30 days, was observed by Nikon series microscope, and the particle size of each sample was determined using MIVNT image analysis system. It was found that short-term cryogenic freezing has little effect on the stability of emulsified explosives made from different oil phases, while after long time freezing emulsion explosives prepared by 5# wax and Huayue have relatively stable property, explosives produced by ozokerite have the worst resistance performance to low temperature.
