The Study and Application of AMH in the Reproduction Field of Female Animals

摘要 抗苗勒管激素(AMH)是转化生长因子β超家族成员之一,在雌性动物卵巢颗粒细胞中表达,通过自分泌或旁分泌作用调控卵泡发育及卵母细胞的成熟,并作为有效的内分泌标记物用于预测牛超数排卵效率及体外胚胎产量。本文综述了AMH的表达模式、转导途径、生理功能,以及其在不同雌性动物中的研究进展,为促进其在动物繁殖领域中的深入研究与应用提供参考。 Anti-Mullerianhormone(AMH) is one of the members of the transforming growth factor beta superfamily, expressed in ovarian granulosa cells of female animals, and regulate follicular development and oocyte maturation through autocrine or paracrine. It's also an effective endocrine marker to predict ovulation efficiency and embryo production in vitro.This study reviews the expression patterns, transduction pathways, physiological functions, and application researches in different female animals of AMH, in order to promote its research and application in the field of animal reproduction.
