压裂返排液处理精密固体给料装置研制

摘要 为了保证压裂返排液处理过程中固体药剂连续、精确、自动添加,建立了精密固体给料装置的数学模型。通过计算确定了自动加料装置的技术参数,设计了在线监测装置与精确计量装置,实现了实时自动精确添加。通过调试实验和现场应用验证了压裂返排液处理精密固体给料装置的技术指标的正确性。 In order to ensure the continuous, accurate and automatic addition of solids in the process of fracturing flowback fluid treatment, a mathematical model of a precision solid feeding device was established. The technical parameters of the automatic feeding device are determined by the calculation. The on-line monitoring device and the accurate metering device are designed, and the real-time automatic and accurate adding is realized. Through debugging experiment and field application, the technical indexes of the precision solid feeding device for fracturing flowback fluid are verified.
