摘要
液晶屏生产过程中的点灯测试工序正在大步向自动化方向发展,通过设计机械手自动搬运、定位机构,完成整个自动化测试。运用Solid Works simulation对液晶屏AOI点灯测试机搬运机械手的关键零件进行有限元法分析,对机械手结构进行优化设计,对于缩短产品设计周期有重要指导意义。
in the process of LCD screen production, the testing procedure of lighting is developing towards automation,and the mechanism of automatic handling and positioning of manipulator is designed. Solid Works simulation is used to analyze the key parts of the handling manipulator of the LCD screen AOI lamp lamp tester, and to optimize the structure of the manipulator. It is of great significance to shorten the product design cycle.
