带式输送机空载分支托辊的研究与设计

摘要 介绍了波状挡边带式输送机空载分支支撑托辊的现状,通过了解和分析,发现其存在的缺陷和不足,对现有的托辊进行了创新型的改进,并通过计算设计了五星轮。波状挡边输送带相当于齿条,五星轮相当于齿轮,五星轮在横隔板带动下转动。五星轮托辊的设计可为波状挡边带式输送机的研制和实践生产提供参考和借鉴。 This paper introduces the current situation of the no-load branch support roller of the wavy side belt conveyor, finds out its defects and shortcomings through understanding and analysis, and makes innovative improvements to the existing rollers. A five-star wheel is designed. The corrugated flange conveyor belt is equal to the rack, and the five-star wheel is equivalent to the gear. The design of the five-star roller provides a useful reference for the development and practical production of the corrugated belt conveyor.
