Selection Design of Scraper Conveyor in Fully Mechanized Caving Mining Face with Large Cutting Height

摘要 根据某矿大采高综放面设计生产能力及其煤层开采条件,以控制工作面顶板安全稳定、满足设计生产能力为基本目标,主要通过理论计算及分析,研究大采高综放面刮板输送机选型设计,理论计算确定了满足该矿工作面刮板输送机型号为SGZ1000/2×1200。并进行现场调研发现:后部刮板运输机发生故障占所有工作面设备中故障时间的20.09%,严重影响着井下生产,因此提出了相应的优化设计。 According to the design and production capacity of the fully mechanized top coal caving face and the conditions of coal seam mining, this paper aims to control the safety and stability of the roof of the working face and meet the designed production capacity as the basic goal. By theoretical calculation and analysis, Plate conveyor selection design, theoretical calculations to determine the mine face scraper conveyor model SGZ1000/2 1200. And conducted on-site investigation found that the failure of the rear scraper conveyor accounted for 20.09% of the fault time in all face equipment, seriously affecting the downhole production. Therefore, the corresponding optimization design is proposed.
