摘要
由于大采高采场对支架工作稳定性的要求较高,液压支架其内部的结构设计完成后需要进行强度检验,因此对大采高采场超静定液压支架的各个构件进行了系统分析。分析认为:直接的承载构件中,顶梁中间位置和底座的千斤顶耳板位置为应力集中位置;载荷传递构件中,掩护梁在顶梁连接耳板处和连杆在底座连接耳板处应力为应力集中位置;整体上,支架各个构件位移均在弹性变形范围内,稳定性较高。
Because the high mining height stope requires higher stability of the support, the hydraulic support needs strength inspection after the completion of its internal structure design. Therefore, the various components of statically indeterminate hydraulic support in large mining stope are systematically analyzed. It is concluded that in direct load-bearing members, the center position of the top beam and the position of the jack plate of the base are the stress concentration positions, and in the load transfer components, the stress concentration is in the middle position of the top beam and the position of the Jack ear plate in the base. The stress concentration of the shield beam at the top beam connecting ear plate and the connecting rod at the base connecting ear plate is the stress concentration position.As a whole, the displacement of each component of the support is in the elastic deformation range, and the stability is relatively high.
