采煤机电机转子内花键修复技术分析

摘要 电动机转子内花键是采煤机电中的重要零部件,由于其接触面积很大,能够进行比较大负荷量的有效传递,进而降低转子轴的损耗。但因采煤机电动机在煤矿作业中的使用频率很高,而电动机转子内花键在运作中会受到比较频繁的挤压,其根部会因此比较容易发生弯曲和磨损,为此,需要采取相应的技术手段进行修复,以确保采煤机电的正常运行。通过详细论述采煤机电动机转子内花键的修复技术,提出了采用断轴扩孔过盈装配大坡口焊接工艺技术进行内花键的修复,希望能为煤矿行业的发展提供帮助。 The rotor of the motor internal spline is an important part of coal mining machine, because of its large contact area, can effectively transfer the large load, thereby reducing the loss of the rotor shaft. But because of the shearer motor frequency in the operation of coal is very high, and the electric motor rotor internal spline in the operation will be squeezed frequently, the roots will be therefore more prone to bending and abrasion, therefore, need to take corresponding measures to repair, to ensure the normal operation of coal mining machine repair technology.Through detailed discussion of shearer motor rotor internal spline, the broken shaft hole assembly interference groove welding Technology for internal spline repair, hoping to provide assistance for the development of the coal industry.
