摘要
针对陕西省榆林市某煤矿两台交代运输机为研究案例,提出了运输机变频调速系统技术改造方案,并分析其改造效果。分析表明:改造后,两台运输机具有了重载能力,系统运行稳定;本次改造利用了云速度传感矢量控制技术,避免了重载起动可能发生的故障问题。
Based on the case study of two transporters in a coal mine in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, the technical transformation scheme of variable frequency speed regulating system of transporter is put forward, and the effect of the revamping is analyzed. The analysis shows that the two transporters have the capacity of heavy load after the revamping. The system is running stably and the cloud speed sensor vector control technology is used to avoid the possible trouble of heavy load starting.
