摘要
主要研究了矿井主提升机的高压变频装置,设计其变频调速功能,并将其运用到矿井工程当中。研究主要利用了提升机原本的电控系统以及其电动机,对其进行技术改装,实现变频和调速控制的目的,而新的机械设备能够自由从新老系统当中能够切换,从而满足矿井工程的工作符合要求,适应各种施工状况,为施工安全带来安全保障。
This paper mainly studies the high voltage frequency conversion device of mine main hoist, designs its frequency conversion speed regulation function, and applies it to mine engineering. In order to realize the purpose of frequency conversion and speed regulation control, the new mechanical equipment can be freely switched from the new and old systems to meet the requirements of mine engineering work and adapt to various construction conditions. Bring safety to construction safety.
