摘要
通过对数控机床误差的来源进行分析,论述了数控机场误差的检测方式,同时对机床误差检测技术的新进展进行探讨,包括激光干涉仪技术、双球规法技术、平面正交光栅技术等,并且对机床误差检测的发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为广大研究人员提供参考依据。
Through expounding the source of error of NC machine tool, this paper discusses the method of detecting error of NC airport, and enumerates the new progress of error detection technology of machine tool, that is, laser interferometer technology, double ball gauge technique. The future development trend of machine tool error detection is prospected in order to provide reference for researchers.
