学生科技活动与专业实习结合的人才输送机制的探索研究

摘要 本文针对当前校企人才输送与流失的现状,分析了毕业生就业盲区和企业人才流失的具体问题,结合我校区域产学研办学特色,在理论分析的基础上提出了将学生科技活动与专业实习相结合的人才输送机制,通过系统化平台搭建形成学生成才、企业发展良性循环的高校人才培养机制。 For the current school-enterprises talented person transporting situation,this paper analyzes the detailed problems of graduate employment blind spot and enterprise brain drain. Combined with our school-running characteristic of production,learning and research,and based on theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the talented transporting mechanism combining students' science and technology activities with professional practice,aiming at building a systematic platform to build up the mechanism which promotes students' success and enterprises' virtuous circle development.
