摘要
在单向运营航道疏浚拓宽施工中,抓斗船需在过往船舶通过时,提前起锚远离航道一侧进行避让,如频繁避让会严重降低抓斗船的生产效率。为此通过研发锚漂快速收回装置,结合抓斗船在边坡施工过程中的特点和海水流向的不同,在保证船舶安全及稳性的前提下,采取抛设单侧一字锚、不等距锚、等距抛锚等工艺,降低避让对施工效率的影响。经过现场实践证明,该施工工艺可有效提高抓斗船在该种工况下的施工效率。
During the course of one-way operating channel dredging, when a vessel is passing , the grab dredger needs toweigh anchor in advance to leave away from the side of the channel. Frequent avoiding will lower the grab dredger productionefficiency. We developed a anchor drift which can rapidly pack up, combined with the characteristics of the grap dredger andthe different flow direction of the seawater, we adopted the one side anchor, unequal -distance anchor and equal -distanceanchor to reduce the impact of avoidance on construction efficiency under the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of thedredger. The practice proves that the construction technology can effectively improve the construction efficiency of the grabdredger under this condition.
