高新技术的出现,导致产业间边界模糊甚至消融,作为综合性极强的旅游产业,融合发展趋势也日益显露。旅游业与农业的融合有着充分的基础、资源、市场、技术条件,发展前景广阔,对于解决三农问题,促进旅游产业结构性转变有着重要的意义。构建了旅游业与农业在空间、内容、人员、市场四方面的融合模式与机制,并从政府融合型规制改革、融合政策与规范体系构建、乡村景观的生态化打造、旅游产业与农业融合发展示范区设立等方面促进旅游业与农业的深度融合。

The emergence of new and high technology has led to the blurring or even ablation of industrial boundaries. As tourism industry is highly integrated, the trend of convergence and development of the industry is increasingly revealed. The integration of tourism and agriculture has a broad development prospect with a full basis in terms of resources, market and technical conditions. It is of great significance to address the three rural issues and to promote the structural transformation of the tourism industry. Integration modes between tourism and agriculture are built from four aspects： space, content, personnel and market. The deep integration of tourism and agriculture could be promoted from the integrated regulation reform of the government, construction of integration policy and standard system, building of ecological landscape in rural areas, and the establishment of demonstration areas for integrated development of the tourism industry and agriculture.
