摘要 前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)是男性常见的恶性肿瘤,世界范围内其发病率仅次于肺癌,居第二位。目前经直肠超声检查(transrectal ultrasonography,TRUS)是开展最广泛的前列腺癌影像筛查手段。但是,由于早期癌灶超声表现的多样性及超声医师主观倾向性的不同,其诊断准确性并不尽如人意.
