任课教师视角下大学生法治思维的养成

The Cultivation of College Students' Legal Thinking from the Perspective of Course Teachers

十八大以来,习近平总书记多次在讲话中强调依法治国的重要性。高等院校是我国依法治国的重要战略基地,培育大学生的法治思维对于全面推进依法治国具有积极的促进作用,而高校任课教师可以将法治思维隐于课堂教学。本文阐释了法治思维的主要内容,分析了大学生法治思维缺失的现状,从教育理念、教学方法、教学管理、课程考核等方面探讨了强化大学法治思维的具体方法。

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the importance of ruling the country by law in his speech. Colleges and universities are important strategic base for the rule of law in China.The cultivation of college students＇ legal thinking has a positive effect on fully advancing the law-based governance of the country. Course teachers can combine legal thinking in classroom teaching. This article explains the main contents of legal thinking,analyzes the present situation of lacking legal thinking among college students,and discusses the concrete methods about strengthening college students ＇legal thinking from educational concept,teaching methods,teaching management and curriculum assessment.
