摘要
本文依据行为经济学、显示性偏好理论、人力资本理论及创新理论,将学生按照高考成绩划分为不同的层级,采用分类分层回归的方法,使用内蒙古财经大学经济学院2013级学生成绩的样本数据,研究高校拔尖创新人才和复合型跨学科人才培养下学生学习效果,研究发现学生大学学习效果与其初始禀赋有一定相关性,但相关程度不十分大,学生的创新能力和复合型跨学科培养下的学生学习效果因学生高考分数层级的不同而有所区别。
Based on behavioral economics,revealed preference theory and human capital theory,this research divides students into different levels according to the division of their college entrance examination performance.With hierarchical regression,using the performances of the class of 2013 from Economics college as sample data,this research studies the learning effect of college top innovative talents and interdisciplinary talents cultivation. The results find a correlation between students learning effect in college and their initial endowment,but the correlation is not very high. The learning effect of students' innovative competence and interdisciplinary talents cultivation is different due to their performance levels of college entrance examination.
