神经外科护士对手术部位感染预防措施认知现状调查

Neurosurgical nurses' current cognition of the prevention measures of surgical site infection

目的了解神经外科护士对手术部位感染防控措施认知现状,探讨并分析影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对太原市5所三甲综合医院325名神经外科护士就手术部位感染相关内容进行问卷调查。结果神经外科护士手术部位感染防控措施认知得分为(9.35±1.24)分。经多元线性回归分析显示,护龄、是否参与临床教学工作、接受手术部位感染防控知识培训次数、管理者对手术部位感染防控重视程度是手术部位感染预防措施认知得分的影响因素。结论神经外科护士对手术部位感染防控措施的认知情况有待进一步提高,科室管理者需提升自身的重视程度,加强对护士的知识教育,提高护士对手术部位感染防控知识掌握水平。

Objective To understand the neurosurgical nurses＇ current cognition of preventiveand control measures for the surgical site infection, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A self designed questionnaire was used to investigate 325 neurosurgical nurses from five 3A level hospitals in Taiyuan concerning the infection of surgical sites. Results The score of neurosurgical nurses＇ knowledge about surgical site infection control was （9. 35±1. 24）. The influencing factors were their working years, whether participating in clinical teaching, the number of training sessions for surgical site infection and the degree of manager＇s attention to this issue. Conclusion Neurosurgical nurses＇ knowledge about the infection prevention and control of surgical sites needs further improving. Medical administers should attach more importance to it, strengthen the training of nurses and improve nurses＇ knowledge level on SSI prevention and control.
