社区干预配合三拗汤治疗对风寒袭肺型支气管炎患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

The effect of community-based inervention combined with three kink soup on the compliance and life quality of patients with cold-type lung bronchitis

目的探讨社区干预配合三拗汤治疗对风寒袭肺型支气管炎患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年10月-2016年4月社康中心确诊的风寒袭肺型支气管炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为社区组和常规组,每组40例,常规组患者给予常规干预,社区组患者在此基础上给予社区干预配合三拗汤治疗。采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估患者生活质量,并统计分析2组患者排痰时间、遵医行为。结果干预后,社区组患者排痰时间明显短于常规组(t=4.175,P<0.001);遵医行为好于常规组(Z=-2.087,P=0.037);SF-36各项得分明显高于常规组。结论社区干预配合三拗汤治疗可有效缩短风寒袭肺型支气管炎患者的排痰时间,提高患者遵医行为依从性,改善患者生活质量,值得临床作进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of community intervention combined with the three kink soup on patients with cold type lung bronchitis. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as cold type lung bronchitis between October 2015 and April 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into a community group and a routine group, each of 40. Both groups were given routine intervention, while the community group was additionally provided with the three kink soup. The health survey profiles （SF-36） was used to assess the life quality, and the expectoration time and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The expectoration time of the community group was significantly shorter than that of the routine group, while the compliance and the scores of various items of the SF 36 of the former were significantly higher than the latter after the intervention. Conclusion Community intervention combined with the three kink soup can effectively reduce the expectoration time, as well as improve the compliance and life quality of patients with the cold type lung bronchitis patients.
