角色体验法对提高ICU低年资护士人性照护能力的研究

Improving the ability of humanity care of junior ICU nurses using the role experience method

目的探讨角色体验培训法在提高ICU护士人性照护能力中的效果。方法对50名ICU低年资护士进行角色体验法培训,比较角色体验培训前后护理人员照护行为质量评价表及患者满意度调查表的得分情况。结果角色体验培训后护理人员人性照护能力及患者满意度均高于培训前。结论角色体验法有助于提高护理人员的人性照护能力和患者满意度,护理人员能够切身体会患者的需求,给予患者更人性化护理。

Objective To explore the effect of applying the role experience method on improving the ability of humanity care of junior ICU nurses. Methods Fifty junior nurses were trained using the role experience method. Before and after the training, they were evaluated their humanity care ability and patients＇ satisfaction to their nursing. Results After the role experience training, both measurements were significantly higher than before the training. Conclusion Role experience training helps to improve the nurses＇ ability to conduct human care and patient＇s satisfaction, as the nurses can experience the demand of the patients and give patients more humanized nursing.
