随着广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司热轧厂的投产,轧辊磨削已成为热轧厂轧制过程中不可缺少的一道重要工序。轧辊磨削效率的高低将直接影响轧线的生产节奏,直至影响到整个热轧厂的板带产量,就比以精轧工作辊为例,介绍并分析如何提高精轧工作辊的磨削效率。

With the production of liusteel hot rolling mill, roll grinding has become an indispensable process in the rolling process of hot rolling mill. The efficiency of roller grinding directly affects the production rhythm of rolling line,and the strip production of the whole hot rolling mill. Taking precision roll as an example, this paper introduces and analyzes how to improve the grinding efficiency of precision roll.
