技术创新战略与技术创新能力的交互对后发企业技术跨越的影响

Impact of Interaction between Technological Innovation Strategy and Technological Innovation Capability on Technology Leapfrogging of Latecomers

基于权变理论,利用来自145家企业的调研数据,实证研究了技术创新战略与技术创新能力的交互对后发企业技术跨越的影响。结果表明:技术创新能力在后发企业的技术跨越过程中呈由吸收能力、整合能力向自主创新能力演化的趋势;不同技术创新能力与不同技术创新战略的交互对后发企业的技术跨越绩效的影响具有差异性;在技术创新能力水平更高的情况下,自主研发战略有利于后发企业成功实现技术跨越。

How to achieve technological leapfrogging is a frontier issue in the field of technological innovation and the latecomers＇ catching-up process.Based on the contingency theory,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of interaction between technological innovation strategy and technological innovation capability on technological leapfrogging by using the survey data of 145 companies.The results show as follwos：technological innovation capability presents a trend of evolution from absorbing capability to integrating capability and then independent innovation capability in the process of technology leapfrogging;the interaction between different technological innovation capabilities and strategies promotes the improvement of technological leapfrogging performance dissimilarly;with a higher level of technological innovation capability,the independent RD strategy is more conducive to achieve technology leapfrogging for latecomers.
