摘要
从组织学习的空间视角,提出了地缘学习的思想,认为组织学习的内容、模式和结果会随着组织地域发展中地理环境的变化而改变,建立了面向地域发展的组织学习模型。在地域发展过程中,组织学习内容包括基于当地自然地理环境、经济地理环境和人文地理环境进行学习;组织学习模式包括传承性学习、创造性学习和传创性学习;组织学习结果包括积累理论知识和实践方法、提升组织绩效。
From the spatial perspective of organizational learning research,this paper puts forward the idea of geolearning,and believes that the contents,patterns and results of organizational learning will change with the changes of geographic environment in the geographic development of organization,and builds an organizational learning model for geographical development.During the process of geographic development,the contents of organizational learning are learning based on local physical geographic environment,economic geographic environment and cultural geographic environment;the patterns of organizational learning are inheritable learning,creative learning and inheritable-creative learning;the results of organizational learning include the accumulation of theoretical knowledge and practical methods,and the improvement of organizational performance.
