技术学习社区的社会结构对其学习效果的影响——基于社会群体的视角 被引量:1

摘要 基于社会结构分化理论,从成员异质性和群体间地位不平等两个维度刻画技术学习社区成员嵌入的社会结构,揭示了其形成过程,并建立了技术学习社区的社会结构对社区学习效果的影响模型。研究结果显示:技术学习社区成员的异质性越强,技术利用的效果越差,但技术开发的效果越好;群体间地位越不平等,技术利用和技术开发的效果均越差;社区竞争是成员异质性和群体间地位不平等影响社区技术学习效果的重要中介变量。 Based on the theory of social structure differentiation,this paper describes the social structure that the members in technological learning community embed from two dimensions of members' heterogeneity and status inequality among groups,and reveals its formation process.And then it establishes the model that social structure of technological learning community influences its learning performance.The empirical research results show as follows:the stronger the heterogeneity of members in technological learning community,the worse the performance of technological exploitation,but the better the performance of exploratory learning;the more unequal status among groups,the worse the performance of technological exploitation and technological exploration;competition in community is an important mediator variable that the heterogeneity of members and the inequality between groups affect the performance of technological learning community.
