在阐述新创科技型小企业、知识整合和突破性技术创新概念和特征的基础上,构建了"三位一体"协同动力机制模型,从个体微观、团队中观和企业宏观的维度阐述了知识整合视角下新创科技型小企业突破性技术创新的动力机制。个体微观维度的动力机制包括做好个体目标规划和提升个体自我效能;团队中观维度的动力机制包括提供技术创新资源、优化团队人员构成和协调团队成员工作;企业宏观维度的动力机制包括建立包容性企业文化和科学的激励体系;三者协同作用能最大限度地提升个体实现创新目标的自信心和自我效能感。

This paper demonstrates the conceptions of small technology-based new ventures,knowledge integration and radical technological innovation.And then it constructs trinity cooperative driving mechanisms.It elaborates on the driving mechanisms of radical technological innovation from personal micro dimension,team＇s middle dimension and corporate macro dimension in detail from perspective of knowledge integration.The driving mechanisms in personal micro dimension are personal goal programing and improvement of self-efficacy;the driving mechanisms in team＇s middle dimension are providing resource for technological innovation,optimizing composition of innovation team and cooperating work between team members;the driving mechanisms in corporate macro dimension include constructing inclusive organizational culture and scientific incentive mechanisms.Cooperating these three-dimensional driving mechanisms can maximize personal self-confidence and self-efficacy
