创新网络和资源配置对科技型中小企业两栖创新的影响机理——网络能力的调节作用

Influence Mechanism of Innovation Network and Resource Configuration on Amphibious Innovation of SMEs:Moderating Effect of Network Capability

以资源基础理论、网络能力理论、组织间关系理论和创新理论为基础,构建了创新网络、资源配置与科技型中小企业创新绩效的概念框架,并提出研究假设。通过大样本数据调查,运用SPSS软件和smartPLS结构方程对概念框架和研究假设进行了检验。实证结果显示:创新网络(网络特征、网络联结和网络位置)对资源配置具有显著的正向影响;资源配置与科技型中小企业的两栖创新具有显著的正向相关关系;网络能力正向调节资源配置与科技型中小企业两栖创新的关系。

On the basis of resource based theory,network capability theory,inter-organizational relationship theory and innovation theory,this paper constructs a conceptual framework of innovation network,resource configuration and amphibious innovation of small and medium enterprises（SMEs）.Then based on the large research sample,it uses implemented SPSS software and smartPLS to test the effectiveness and rationality of conceptual framework.The Empirical results show as follows：innovation network has significantly positive impacts on resource configuration;resource configuration has significantly positive impacts on amphibious innovation of SMEs;network capability has significantly positive moderating effect on the relationship between resource configuration and amphibious innovation of SMEs.
