摘要
随着新技术革命的不断推进,社会对人才的要求越来越高,如何培养创新型应用人才来满足社会的需要成为各个硕士培养单位的重要课题。中国少数民族史学科的知识边界不是僵化的、一成不变的,从跨专业视角出发,它需要边界的内化调整,从而帮助学生树立学科意识,实现育人模式的提升;从掌握学科知识的角度而言,它需要学生突破学科知识边界,逐步树立跨界思维和创新思维。因此我们需要从跨界思维、学科意识、创新思维以及育人模式四个维度来把握研究生创新型应用人才培养这一问题。烟台大学中国少数民族史专业经过十年的持续探索,针对多数学生主要是跨专业考生的现实,实施"交叉整合—创新发展"的人才培养战略,充分发挥"从跨专业到跨界思维"的结合,把本科专业知识与硕士专业学科意识有机融合,从而打造立体、全方位的创新型应用人才,进而推进民族学一级学科建设向纵深方向发展。
With the development of the new technology revolution,the society demands more and more talents.How to cultivate innovative application talents to meet the needs of the society has become an important topic for each master's training unit.The knowledge boundary of Chinese minority nationality history discipline is not rigid and fixed.From the perspective of crossspecialty,it needs the internalization adjustment of the boundary,so as to help the students to set up the subject consciousness and realize the promotion of the mode of educating people.From the point of view of mastering subject knowledge,it requires students to break through the boundary of subject knowledge and gradually set up cross-border thinking and innovative thinking.Therefore,we need to grasp this problem from the four dimensions of cross-border thinking,discipline consciousness,innovative thinking and education mode.In view of the fact that most students are mainly cross-major candidates,the history of ethnic minorities in Yantai university implement the strategy of"cross integration-innovation and development",and give full play to the combination of"from cross-specialty to cross-border thinking".And they Combine the undergraduate professional knowledge with the professional consciousness of master's specialty organically,so as to create three-dimensional and all-round creative applied talents,and then promote the construction of ethnology first level discipline to the depth of development.
