摘要
热处理工艺对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金具有重要作用,可提高伸长率和抗拉强度。本文根据以往工作经验,在λ=25和λ=85两种挤压条件之下对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金进行制备,在制作工艺上选择简单退火和双重退火对钛合金进行热处理。实验结果显示,Ti-6Al-4V钛合金具有优异的综合性能,在双重热处理工艺下,可有效提高材料的强度。
Heat treatment has an important effect on Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, which can increase the elongation and tensile strength. In this paper, based on previous experience, Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy was prepared under two extrusion conditions of gamma =25 and gamma =85.The titanium alloy was heat treated by simple annealing and double annealing. The experimental results show that Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy has strong adaptability, and it is beneficial to enhance the strength of the alloy under the effect of double heat treatment.
