摘要
研究使用碱性硫化钠浸出法处理国内某含锑复杂金精矿,将锑与矿物分离并提取,回收锑的同时提高金的回收率。通过试验,在氢氧化钠含量40g/l、硫化钠含量100g/l、温度60℃条件下进行浸出,锑的浸出率可达到91%以上。浸出液通过电积得到锑含量为97%以上的毛锑产品,实现了该金精矿中锑元素的回收。
The use of alkaline sodium sulfide leaching method to treat a complex gold concentrate containing antimony, antimony and mineral separation and extraction, antimony recovery at the same time improve the recovery of gold. The leaching rate of antimony can reach more than 91% by 40g/l the content of sodium hydroxide, 100g/l of sodium sulfide and temperature 60℃ . The leaching solution obtained antimony content more than 97% by electrical product and realized the recovery of antimony in the gold concentrate.
