摘要
本文对比分析了金属应力松弛试验方法的国内外标准,分析表明:我国应力松弛试验方法标准数量少,限制了我国对高端连接器及精密接插件等材料的研究。精密接插件等零部件在实际工作中会不断受到拉伸、压缩、弯曲和扭转应力作用。拉伸应力方面已经有相关标准,但弯曲、扭转应力松弛行为的研究都采用自行设计的装置,缺乏统一的评价标准。因此,完善弯曲、压缩、扭转应力松弛试验方法相关标准迫在眉睫。
In this paper,the differences between domestic and overseas standards concerning the metal stress relaxation test method are discussed in detail. The result shows that the standard is rare which will restrict the research of high-end connectors and precision connectors and other materials in china. Components such as precision connectors are constantly subjected to stretching,compression,bending and torsional stress in real work. The standards for tensile stress is established,but the study of bending and torsional stress relaxation has adopted a self-designed device,lacking a unified evaluation standard. Therefore,it is urgent to improve the standard of bending,compression and torsion stress relaxation test.
