摘要
随着我国科技的进步,各种新型合金材料被运用于各个领域中,目前,高强度、抗拉、抗腐蚀、断裂韧性强的铝合金材料已经广泛用于机械、电力、化工、航天、车辆等生产制造过程中,但无一例外,这些生产制造的工序都是需要焊接的,且其焊接质量直接决定着产品的质量。但焊接是一个非常复杂的过程,不仅要焊接人员有非常丰富的经验,还需要很高的精度,为了有效解决精度问题,人们设计出了铝合金焊接工艺计算机辅助系统,通过计算机系统来提升铝合金焊接工艺的焊接质量、焊接精度以及提高铝合金焊接产品的生产效率。本文,我们将就此展开探讨。
