浅析降低VCR法大孔爆破炸药单耗的对策

摘要 VCR法大孔爆破是安庆铜矿采用的最常见的采矿方法,有效降低VCR法大孔爆破的炸药单耗对降低VCR法爆破成本具有直接效果,它受到工人操作技能、大孔质量、装药结构以及孔网参数等影响,炸药单耗的过高造成了生产成本的增加,降低单耗能直接降低生产成本,实现降本增效的目的。 VCR big hole blasting is the most common method of mining in Anqing copper mine by using the VCR method, effectively reduce the consumption of explosives in large hole blasting has a direct effect on reducing the cost of VCR blasting, it is the workers operating skills, big hole quality, charge structure and pore network parameters, explosive consumption caused by excessive increase in production the cost of reducing unit can directly reduce the production cost, to achieve the purpose of lowering the efficiency.
