摘要
本文主要在总结两段加压浸出的经验下,尝试单段加压浸出的可行性。结论 :液固比:4~5/1;酸锌摩尔比:1.1/1;釜压:1.1mpa;温度:150±5℃;木质素:0.3%;反应时间:1.5h^2h;在综合条件下,锌的浸出率可达到97%以上,溶液中锌含量可达到150g/L以上,铁含量在3g/L^5g/L,浸出液终酸为15g/L^20g/L。
In this paper, the feasibility of single stage pressure leaching is attempted under the experience of two sections of pressure leaching. Conclusion: the liquid-solid ratio: 4 ~ 5/1; acid zinc molar ratio: 1.1/1; reactor pressure: 1.1 MPa; temperature: 150-5 DEG C; lignin: 0.3%; reaction time: 1.5 H ~ 2 H; in general conditions, the leaching rate of zinc can reach more than 97%, zinc content in the solution can reach more than 150 g/L, iron the content of 3 g/L ~ 5 g/L, final acid leaching solution is 15 g/L ~ 20 g/L.
