摘要
随着露天生产能力要求的提高,现有的开采方式与设备之间配套及衔接等过程存在着不合理的地方,从现有设备电动液压铲的铲装方式等角度进行分析,采取了对开采方式,铲装角度等方面进行优化,实践表明,通过上述优化措施,给矿山带来了良好的经济效益,给类似矿山生产实践带来了一定的借鉴作用。
With the requirement of mining production capacity, the connection process between the existing mining methods and equipment are unreasonable.From the analysis of the existing equipment of electric hydraulic shovel loading mode angle, adopting the optimum mining method, hand shovel angle in the optimization.The practice shows that it brings good economic benefits to the mining and provides some reference to similar mine production practicethrough the optimization measures.
