我国资源规划体系对矿产资源规划的科学实施,对矿产资源进行合理的审批、监督,对提高资源利用率和加快资源可持续发展具有重要意义。本文深入论述了我国矿产资源的总体编化现状,探讨了矿产资源开发对经济和环境的影响,分析了矿产资源合理规划的不足并提出若干建议,以期为有关专业人士提供一定参考与借鉴。

China＇s resource planning system is of great significance for the scientific implementation of mineral resources planning, the reasonable approval and supervision of mineral resources, and the improvement of resource utilization and the sustainable development of resources. This paper discusses the overall compilation status of mineral resources in China, discusses the impact of mineral resources development on economy and environment, analyzes the shortcomings of rational planning of mineral resources, and puts forward some suggestions, so as to provide some references for professionals.
