摘要
教育实践属于学生培养的重要环节,是提高其教育教学能力的基础。对于地方公办园与民办园而言,承担地方本科生的教育实践具有自身的瓶颈与不足。以地方民办园入手,利用已有的实践条件,因地制宜,通过上传下达、分层实践、U-K合作、实践多元及连锁园的选用等方式提高其参与学生实践教学的效率,达到提升学生实践能力、形成实践智慧的目的。
Educational practice is an important part of student learning,also is the basis way to Improving teaching ability.As local public kindergarten and private kindergarten,They have bottleneck and insufficiency of educational practice.Take private kindergarten as the point of departure,according to the local practice conditions,through practice,U-K upload,hierarchical cooperation and multiplier practice and chain kindergarten,improve the students' participation of educational practice efficiently and enhance students' practical ability,form practical wisdom.
