个人品德、职业道德、社会公德——职业学校“三德”结合机制研究

摘要 个人品德、职业道德和社会公德同属于道德的范畴,虽各有侧重,却相互结合,有机统一,由内而外,由小到大,涵盖了个体的道德修养和社会群体的道德关系。在中职德育中对这三者进行有效落实,可以构成中职德育的核心德育体系。本文从四个方面简要论述中职德育中"三德结合机制"建设的策略。 Personal morality, professional ethics and social ethics belong to the category of morality. Although each of them has particular emphasis, they are an organic unity from inside to outside, from small to large, covering the moral relationship between the individual moral cultivation and social group moral cultivation. The effective implementation of these three virtues can form the core moral education system of secondary vocational moral education. This paper briefly discusses the construction strategies of the "combination mechanism of the three virtues" in secondary vocational moral education from four aspects.
