摘要
文中通过阐述自动化集装箱码头建设运营情况,梳理海事监管服务现状,研究"智慧港口"发展趋势下海事监管服务应对及未来发展方向,以期为实现自由贸易港内"船畅其行,货畅其流",助推海事跨越式发展提供决策参考。
The paper introduces the development and operation of automated container terminal as well as the existing conditions of maritime supervision and service. It also conducts research on the future direction for maritime supervision and service under the development trend of Smart Port, aiming at facilitating the free transportation of ships and cargoes within the Free Trade Port and providing China MSA with strategic suggestions for further development.
