硫磺制酸装置换热器副线对转化工序的影响

摘要 介绍了威顿达州化工有限责任公司400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置热热换热器副线改造情况,详细介绍了转化器三段进口温度偏低的原因、改造措施和运行效果。技术人员根据实例和文献确定副线气速,核算出冷/热副线管径。通过新增换热器热侧副线,使转化器三段满足生产需要,提高了三段转化率和SO_2总转化率。 The 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of Wylton Dazhou Chemical Co.,Ltd. thermal heat exchanger bypass modification situation is introduced.The reasons for the low inlet temperature of the three section of the converter,the reform measures and the operation effect are introduced in detail.The technical personnel determine the by-pass gas velocity according to the example and the literature,and calculate the cold/hot by-pass diameter.By increasing the heat side by-pass of the heat exchanger,the three section of the converter meets the production needs,and the total conversion rate of three segments and SO2 is improved.
