摘要
介绍了齐鲁公司100 kt/a硫磺回收装置的工艺流程、技术特点和运行情况。制硫燃烧炉及尾气焚烧炉分别选用杜克公司生产的烧氨型和低氮氧化物型燃烧器。液硫脱气采用齐鲁公司研究院LS-De GAS专利技术。该装置运行稳定,二氧化硫排放质量浓度平均为50~80 mg/m^3,最低可达20mg/m^3,氮氧化物排放质量浓度为20~40 mg/m^3,能够满足国家新的环保排放标准。
Technological process,technical characteristics and operation of the100 kt/a sulphur recovery unit of Qilu Company are introduced. Main burner with NH3 deconstruction and Low NOxincinerator burner are designed and provided by Duiker Combustion Engineers B.V. Liquid sulphur degassing uses the LS-De GAS patent technology by Qilu Research Institute. The SRU runs stably. The average concentration of sulphur dioxide emissions is 50 ~ 80 mg/m^3,the lowest is 20 mg/m^3,and the NOxemission mass concentration is 20 ~ 40 mg/m^3,which can meet the new national environmental protection emission standard.
