摘要
针对云南铜业股份有限公司硫酸装置干吸工序一吸塔在生产过程中出现漏酸的问题,在不能停产且场地受限的情况下,技术人员异地新建高效吸收塔取代原一吸塔。改造后,高效吸收塔运行情况良好,解决了因一吸塔漏酸引起的安全隐患及非计划停产,为装置长周期稳定运行提供了保障。
Concerning the issue of leakage of sulphuric acid of the first absorption tower of drying-absorption section of sulphuric acid plant in Yunnan Copper Corporation during production,under the conditions which production can't be shut down and the site space is limited,technicians newly built a high efficient absorption tower in another location replacing the original first absorption tower.After the modification,the high efficient absorption tower runs very well,solving the issues of potential safety hazard and non-planning shutdown caused by leakage of sulphuric acid of the first absorption tower,providing the security of long and stable operation of sulphuric acid plant.
