灾后心理创伤的中医干预方法分析

Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine intervention methods for post-disaster psychological trauma

灾难会给灾区群众的心理带来非常剧烈和负面的影响,如不及时治疗会对其生活、工作造成不利影响。我国自然灾害多发,但缺少针对性的心理教育及预防措施,因此受灾者心理创伤在灾后多发。中医药在长期的发展中对于心理创伤及其后遗症有着独特的诊断治疗方法。本文以灾后心理创伤与中医理论为中心,为如何利用中医药干预灾后心理创伤提供思路。

Disaster always leaves violent and negative impact on the victims＇ psychology, which will cause adverse effects on the victims＇ life and work if ignored. China is a natural disaster prone country, and yet does not have adequate psychological education and precautionary measures. As a result, psychological traumas are common. Chinese traditional medicine has a unique diagnostic and therapeutic value for psychological trauma and its sequelae. This paper offers thoughts on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on psychological trauma after disaster based on the post-disaster psychological trauma and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
