社区健康干预对糖尿病前期患者转归的影响研究

The influence of the outcome of community health intervention on the prognosis of patients with prediabetes

目的探讨社区健康干预对糖尿病前期患者转归的影响。方法选取在我院就诊的糖尿病前期患者120例作为研究对象,进行为期6个月的社区健康干预。比较干预前后患者的血糖、血脂水平及生活质量,分析社区健康干预对患者疾病转归的影响。结果干预6个月后,患者FBG、OGTT 2hPG、HbA1c水平显著降低,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著降低,与干预前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预6个月后,120例糖尿病前期患者中,正常血糖(NGT)30例(25.00%)、糖尿病前期(IGR)88例(73.33%)、糖尿病(DM)2例(1.67%);患者的生活质量各项评分均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病前期患者制订详细的社区健康干预计划、采取适当措施能够有效改善其血糖、血脂水平,降低糖尿病发病率,提高生活质量,降低患者家庭和社会的负担。

Objective To investigate the influence of the outcome of community health intervention on the prognosis of patients with prediabetes. Methods 120 prediabetes patients in our hospital were selected as research subjects for 6 months of community health intervention. To compare the Blood glucose,blood lipid level and quality of life of the patients before and after intervention,and analyze the influence of community health intervention on the prognosis of the patients. Results After 6 months of intervention,the level of FBG,OGTT 2 h PG and Hb A1 c decreased significantly,and there was significant difference between the patients before intervention（ P〈0. 01）. The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in patients were significantly lower than those before intervention（ P〈0. 01）. After 6 months of intervention,among 120 prediabetic patients,30 cases（25%）,88 cases（73. 33%）,and 2 cases of DM（1. 67%） were NGT. The scores of the quality of life of the patients were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion To develop a detailed community health intervention program and take appropriate measures to improve their Blood glucose and blood lipid levels in prediabetes patients,reduce the incidence of diabetes,improve the quality of life,and reduce the burden of family and society.
