非计划拔管风险评估表在儿科重症监护室的应用研究

Study on application of unplanned extubation risk assessment scale in pediatric intensive care units

[目的]探讨非计划拔管风险评估量表对防范儿科重症监护室(PICU)患儿非计划拔管的作用。[方法]将PICU 512例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患儿均统一使用保护性约束和统一管路固定方式,观察组患儿使用非计划拔管风险评估量表对患儿的年龄、意识、认知能力、管路种类及管路穿刺处皮肤情况进行评分,根据评分结果采取针对性的护理措施,比较两组患儿的非计划拔管率。[结果]观察组患儿非计划拔管率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]非计划拔管风险评估表操作简单,分值设置合理,可有效预防PICU患儿非计划拔管事件的发生。

Objective To probe into the effect of unplanned extubation risk assessment scale on prevention of unplanned extubation in pediatric intensive care unit （PICU）. Methods： A total of 512 ill children in PICU were randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups of ill children received the unified protective constraint and unified pipeline fixation.The ill children in observation group used unplanned extubation risk assessment scale for scoring on children’s age,consciousness,cognitive ability,pipeline types and pipeline puncture skin condition,then the targeted nursing measures were used according to the results,the rate of unplanned extubation of two groups were compared. Results： The rate of unplanned extubation in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The unplanned extubation risk assessment scale had simple operation and reasonable score setting,and it could effectively prevent unplanned extubation events in ill children in PICU.
