非急症病人急诊就医认知度及影响因素调查研究

Investigation on cognition of non emergency patients on emergency medical treatment and its influencing factors

[目的]了解非急症病人急诊就医现状,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷对武汉市某三级甲等医院急诊科的263例非急症病人进行调查。[结果]非急症病人急诊就医认知度总均分为52.25分±4.89分,就医知识、态度和看法依次为21.10±2.89分、14.63分±1.73分、16.52分±2.23分。多元回归分析显示年龄和文化程度是影响非急症病人急诊就医的主要因素。[结论]非急症病人急诊就医的态度良好,但对就诊知识方面存在认知不足,对非急诊病人急诊就医的看法存在一定偏差。急诊就医认知度主要受年龄和文化程度影响,年纪越年轻,急诊就医认知度越高;文化程度越高,急诊就医认知度越高。

Objective To understand the status quo of emergency medical treatment for non emergency patients and analyze its influencing factors. Methods： A self designed questionnaire was used to investigate 263 non emergency patients in the emergency department of a third grade A hospital in Wuhan. Results： The total score of emergency medical treatment of non urgent patients was 52.25± 4.890,the score of emergency medical knowledge,attitudes and perceptions turn were respectively 21.20±2.87,14.63±1.729 and 16.52±2.231.Multiple regression showed that age and education level were the main factors influencing emergency medical treatment of non emergency patients. Conclusions： Emergency medical treatment attitude of non emergency patients was good,but there was a lack of emergency medical knowledge,and they had some deviations in the view of emergency medical treatment.Emergency medical cognition was mainly influenced by age and educational level.The younger they were,the higher their emergency medical cognition was.The higher the education level was,the higher their emergency medical cognition was.
