马克思分配正义的时代在场性——基于对托马斯·皮凯蒂《21世纪资本论》的批判

Era presence of Marx's thought of distribution justice: Based on a criticism of Thomas Piketty's capital in the twenty-first century

皮凯蒂的《21世纪资本论》,使资本主义收入和财产不平等这一问题再次得以开启。然而,逻辑起点的错误、公平正义核心问题的偏离、不平等本因的遮蔽、权宜之上的改良之计,使皮凯蒂难以跳出自由主义的窠臼,更无法根治不平等这一资本主义固有的顽疾。对皮凯蒂运思路径的批判,恰恰是马克思分配正义具有强大时代在场性的最好佐证。依照马克思分配正义思想,生产方式决定分配,资本主义制度才是造成其收入和财产不平等的根源所在,不废除私有制,任何增量平衡式的分配,都不可能真正实现公平和正义。

The issue of capitalist income and property inequality was once again open along the publication of Thomas Piketty＇s Capital in the twenty-first Century.However,in his book Piketty cannot jump out of the trap of liberalism.Moreover,in capitalism he cannot cure the inherent obstinacy of inequality once and for all,because the logical starting point of his ideas is wrong,the core problem of his fairness and justice is in a deviated direction,the basic cause for inequality is sheltered,and his solution is nothing else but a improved expediency.In this paper,The criticism of Piketty＇s path is the best proof that Marx＇s thought of distribution justice has a powerful era presence.According to Marx＇s thought of distribution justice,production mode decides distribution,and the system of capitalism is the root cause for the unequal income and property.Without the abolition of private ownership,any increment of balanced distribution may not really realize fairness and justice.
