Good family tradition in China:The endogenous dimensions of the values of dedication of cadres

中国好家风,是以社会主义核心价值观为引领的、体现优秀传统家风特质的、承继革命红色家风的、与现实社会家庭生活相适应的当代家风。领导干部敬业价值观体现社会主义核心价值观敬业要求,内含丰富的权力意蕴和独特的家风向度。领导干部敬业价值观家风向度的生成有其内在逻辑,中国传统修齐治平文化是其传统基因,马克思主义理论观点是其内在基因,革命家风文化是其红色基因,全面从严治党的要求是其时代基因。领导干部践行敬业价值观,应该重视内在的家风向度,珍惜中国好家风的传统基因、厚植内在基因、光大红色基因、把握时代基因,加强"用权为民、廉洁自律、朴素为荣"的家风建设,自觉接受以"防腐向廉"为核心的中国好家风的审视。

A good family tradition in China is a contemporary family tradition that is lead by the core value of socialism,expresses the feature of excellent conventional family traditions,inherits the revolutionary family tradition and adapts to the family life in real society.The values of dedication of cadres reflect the requirement of socialist core values,and embody profound meaning of power and unique family dimensions.There is inherent logic in the formation of values of dedication of cadres.Their tradition genes are the Chinese traditional culture.Their inherent genes are the Marxist theory.Their red genes are the revolutionary family tradition in the culture.Their genes of times are ruling the Party strictly.To fulfill values of dedication,cadres should attach importance to the dimension of family tradition,value the traditional genes of good family tradition in China,strengthen the inherent genes,develop the red genes and grasp the contemporary genes,reinforce the development of family tradition of＂using the power for people,being honest and self-disciplined and being proud of austerity＂and consciously accept the supervision of good Chinese family tradition with the core of anti-corruption.
