政务新媒体规避情绪化表达的舆论负影响探析

How do government new media evade the negative influence of emotional expression on internet public opinion

面对文题不符虚张声势、恶意以低俗语言攻击谩骂、歪曲自身遭遇消费他人同情等情绪化表达的网络现象,政务新媒体的应对存在转移焦点、处理简单化、信息公开不到位等问题。政务新媒体可以从自身的横向联合、与媒体的纵向联动、增强自身互动性、发挥大V舆论先锋作用等方面努力,主动缓释网络情绪,让新媒体成为有益于现代人社会参与、理性表达诉求的场所,在对话中找寻共识,而不是情绪化表达渲染某种恐惧、情感。

In the face of the network phenomenon of emotional expression,for example,the bravado by inconformity title,malicious abuses using vulgar language,distortion of their experience to consume others＇ sympathy,there are problems of the disposal of government new media,such as transfering focus,simplification processing,incomplete information disclosure.This paper argues that the new government media can make efforts from horizontal integration of itself,longitudinal linkage with the media,enhancing itself interaction,playing the vanguard role of big V,to take the initiative to slow down the network emotions.Looking forward to letting the new media become a place conducive to the participation of modern society,the expression of rational demands,and finding consensus in the dialogue,rather than emotional expression of rendering some kind of fear,emotion.
