摘要
触头灭弧系统增容是一种非常好的提高短路分断能力的技术手段。在短路分断试验的基础上,通过波形图的能量与电弧电压参数,分析了产品短路分断能力。在实际设计产品中,结合触头压力、外壳强度、转轴强度、动触头轴强度、触头弹簧、操作机构限位等因素,通过试验和计算,采用触头系统增容设计方法有效整体提高产品短路分断能力。
Increasing the capacity of contact and arc extinguishing system is a very good technical means to improve the short circuit breaking capacity. Based on short circuit breaking test,the short circuit breaking capacity of the product can be analyzed by the energy and the arc voltage parameters of the oscillogram. When designing a product,there are a lot of practical problems need to be dealt with. The factors such as contact pressure,enclosure strength,revolving shaft strength,moving contact shaft strength,contact spring,the limit position of operating mechanism and so on need to be considered.
