海量数据支撑下的崇明地区电网无功负荷分布时空特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 以崇明电网SCADA系统中的海量电网运行数据为分析对象,基于功率平衡准则,对原始数据进行清洗和预处理以得到有效数据集。首先从时间维度上使用Kmeans聚类算法对崇明地区年总负荷数据进行聚类,分析不同运行场景下无功负荷分布差异性;再从空间维度上,用3种结构划分方式将电网分解成不同区域,分析电压等级、电源结构、负荷情况对无功倒送频率的影响。分析结果揭示了崇明地区电网无功电压运行中的典型问题,为当地电网无功规划及运行提供了重要参考。 Based on the data resource of SCADA system,this paper employed the power balance theory to clean the data to get the efficient data set. The spatio-temporal characteristics were analyzed on the basis of the data set. Firstly,the K clustering algorithm is used to cluster the annual total load data of Chongming area from the time dimension,and the distribution difference of Chongming power grid is analyzed under different running scenes. Then the grid is decomposed into different regions by three kinds of structure partition mode,aimed at clarifying the influence of voltage level,power supply structure and load on the frequency of reactive power transmission. The analysis results reveal the typical problems of reactive power and voltage operation in Chongming area,and provide important reference for reactive power planning and operation of the local electric network.
